Shipping:
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We do not ship live insects outside of the United States.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer UPS and USPS shipping options. You can choose the timeline/ price point you would like. Orders over $50 will ship free with USPS.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship same day if ordered Monday-Friday before 12pm PST. If ordered on a weekend day or after 12pm PST, then orders will ship first thing on the next available day.
Do you offer a Live Arrival Guarantee?
Yes, we do! Shipping can be tough on live insects. Please allow several hours for live insects to recover. We always ship extras to compensate for any that may not make it through the shipping process. If you receive a package that is severely damaged or have many deaths, then please email us a photo with the order number. We will respond asap to resolve the issue!
Do you ship year-round?
Yes! We use cold packs and heat packs when necessary to ensure live arrivals.
Why was my order refunded?
There are several reasons this could have happened. The most common reason is that we are out of stock of the feeders you ordered.
Another reason is because we cannot ship to certain states. There are laws and regulations in place that prevent us from doing so.
-Florida: Dubia roaches are illegal in the state of Florida due to being an invasive species.
-Puerto Rico & Hawaii: We will automatically refund your order if you live in these states because there are strict USDA quarantine regulations and environmental protection protocols on insects.
-Alabama & New York: Hornworms cannot be shipped to Alabama.
-Alaska: There are agricultural restrictions and live insects will not be shipped here.
Local Pickup:
Where do I pick up my order?
Our local pickup is at 21823 96th St E Buckley, WA 98321. We have a pickup box at the end of our driveway for now until we have a real store built! Please only pickup when you have been notified that your order is ready. If you have any questions, please email us at theroachcoachfeeders@gmail.com or text/call (253) 778-5574. Calls will be answered between 10am-6pm PST.
How long do pick up orders take to be ready?
Average time is about 1-2 hours. Sometimes quicker! This of course depends on our daily schedule and availability. This includes weekends. Pickup hours are 10am-6pm PST. If you need a different time frame, please let us know!
Returns:
We do not accept returns, but if there is an issue with your order, please reach out!
